-I placed an order yesterday on a Uk website. I live in Uk midlands and paid 拢8.50 for next day delivery before 11:00. The time has now past so I wasted my money and also my valued time. The Item I was supposed to have recieved was a gift as I am leaving town tonight to go visit my relatives and wanted to buy them something unique that I could only find on the Internet. I have contacted the website but they are not answering my emails. How can i take this matter legaly or what should I do? as I do not accept to be treated this wayI couldn't agree more with your sense of fury and frustration, but get real - you don't go in for legal action on this sort of thing.
Contact the seller by telephone - forget e-mails, they are too easy to ignore.Whoa, don't you sound arrogant. "I do not expect to be treated this way". What do you do if your train is ten minutes late? Call your lawyer?
contact customer services ,find out which courier service they use and phone them
