Where can I ask about/find infomation on the farm animal/pet food industry?

-I am finding it very difficult to find the laws or find anybody to talk to about getting into the animal food industry I need to know things like:

The different laws for each animal, mainly poultry but also dogs,cats and horses

Licenses or qualifications needed

If possible where you can get sponsers or grants, I have limited funds but lots of ideas
