Why do Virgin Media charge to send me a bill?

-through the post, when they send me at least 1 spam letter a week offering me goods and services I do not want.

I get at least 1 spam letter a week from virgin media through the post but they want to charge for sending me a paper bill.

I had to write it twice because I still cannot believe it.

Seems a bit cheeky.

I forget how much it is but it is over 拢1.I quite agree with you having just had more of their leaflets through the door this morning.

The charge for the paper bill has now gone up again to 拢1.50 a month and the phone line has increased to 拢12.99.Virgin are taking great liberty's with long term customers to give great benefits to new ones. Their services are now quite appalling too,customer services are practically nil.

The only thing to do other than changing providers is to manage our bills online in future.
